FORMER SOVIET ENVOY EXILED Australian and N.Z Press A*sociation (United Service) BERLIN, Sunday. Rakovsky, formerly Soviet Ambassador to France, has been arrested by the Ogpu (Russian secret police) and deported to Siberia. The deportation is regarded as the Soviet’s reply to the joint application of Rakovsky and Trotsky for readmission to the Communist Party.
