MINISTER COMPLETES SELF-IMPOSED TASK.—The opening of the St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church Hall at New Lynn was celebrated yesterday. Mrs. Wilson, superintendent of the Sunday School, performed the ceremony. The building was almost completely constructed by the minister, the Rev. Mr. Rankin, who is seen with Mrs. Wilson.
