INTER-CLUB GOLF
AUCKLAND V. PUPUKE - An inter-club match was played between the Auckland and Pupuke Clubs on Saturday at Pupuke. Twelve matches were won by the home club, one being all square. The results were as follow. Auckland names first: IT- Williams, M. E. Thompson. 3—4: A. J. Friedlander. J. Minogue, 2 down: W. G. Borrie. B. E. Goldwater, 4 —3: C. F. Gardner lost to E. W. Xibbs, 4—3: B. . C. Jacobs lost to F. 11. Mingay, 7—6; D. Robertson lost to H. A. W. Bennett. 2 and 1: J. K. Lusk and A. W. Short, all square; R. 13. Wilson lost to A. W. Clark. 3 and 2: FI. Henderson lost to L. G. Whittaker, 1 down; F. Masters lost to R. H. Greville, 6—4; M. R. Reed lost to S. W. FT. Chambers, D and 7; T. R. Brett lost to E. G. de CliveLowef 2 and 1 : Bryce Hart lost to R. M. S. Chisholm, 4 and 3.
