(Selected from Martha’s Mailbag:.) JAM ROLL rfvUET Pastry -\lh, jam. Poll the paste out thinly into an oval ' shape. Spread jam over, leaving a margin round the edges. Wet the edges, roll tip. Scald and flour a pudding cloth, and roll the pudding in it. Pie the ends firmly icith string, leaving room for the pudding to siccll. Boil from one to 1* hours. Turn out of cloth and serve. Mrs T.
