YOUTH ADMITS 10 CHARGES (Special to THE SUN) CHRISTCHURCH, Today. Pleading guilty to ten charges, including seven of converting motorcycles to his own use, Alexander Kirner, aged IG, was committed to the Borstal Institute for three years in the Magistrate's Court yesterday. Accused was not represented by counsel. In addition to the charges involving motor-cycles there was one of converting a bicycle and two of the theft of motor-cycle parts.
