Leg of lamb now brings 1s 6d a lb. over the counter; loin, 1s 4d; hindquarter, 1s sd; forequarters, 1s 2d; leg of pork, 1s; loin, 1s 1d; pork chops, 1s 2d; pork sausages, 8d; leg of mutton, 9d; shoulder, and neck, forequarter, 7d: hindquarter, 9d; loin, 10d; leg and loin chops, 11d; trimmed cutlets, 1s 1d; beef sirloin, 10d; rump steak, 1s 2d; tripe, rolled chuck, rib, topside and prime rib, 7d ; dripping and sausages, 6d; corned round. 8d : veal cutlets and steak, 1s: loin, 9d.
