IRELAND’S DIPLOMATS

British Official Wireless RUGBY, Wednesday

Professor Binchy, the newly appointed Irish Free State Minister to Berlin, will present his credentials to President Hiudenburg this week. It is understood that Dr. George von Dehn, German Consul-General in Dublin, will at the same time be raised to the status of Minister. The same procedure will be followed in the case of Count Gerald O'Kelly, who has been appointed Irish Free State Minister to France, and M. Alfred Blanche, French Consul-General in Dublin.
