PROTESTS AGAINST BILL SHOULD STAND OVER FOR YEAR Press Association WELLINGTON, Today. The Local Bills Committee heard further evidence today from representatives of various local bodies in regard to the Urban Farm Lands Rating Bill. ! The Mayor of Feilding said that if ! the committee could not recommend |in the direction of the 1928 amendment i he would suggest the question should | over for 12 months to allow the i municipal associations to report to the Government.
