The British Prime Minister, Mr. Ramsay MacDonald, left here on Monday for Niagara Falls, en route to ‘ anada. He was refreshed by his two days’ rest. The French Ambassador, M. Paul Claudel, acting on instructions from Briand, has expressed to Secretary fctimson the satisfaction of the French vr° Vernment over the success of Mr. MacDonald’s visit to the United states. Mr. Stimson said the message was delivered by the Ambassador verbally and was most friendly in character. ..The Italian Ambassador, Signor : ooile De Martino, also made friendly inquiries regarding the visit, but did not deliver any message.
