That no compensation shall he payable for any accident sustained while the subscriber is in a state of intoxication or resulting from suicide or attempt thereat, an overdose of drugs. Insanity, war, riot, or civil commotion. (k) That in the event of any dispute between the subscriber and THE BUK as to whether such disablement render the holder temporarily or totally unable to follow his or her usual vocation. It 1* agreed that such dispute shall be referred to the decision of a medical referee to be nominated by THE SUN, whose decision shall be binding upon the parties (l) That the subscriber was not a cripple at the date -of registration.
