YOUNG MAN IN DOCK
SAID TO HAVE ASSAULTED FATHER REMANDED ON BAIL Charged with assaulting h»» father, John Theodore Barnes, Alfred Edward Barnes, a motordriver, aged 26, was remanded at the Police Court this morning for a week. The charge was of assault so as* to cause a«iu;i 1 bodily harm. Mr. Singor appeared for accused, and said that ho understood the injured man to bo much better, and not seriously hurt ▲ doctor who knew the family was proynred fo stand bail f of the young man. Bail was fixed in one surety of £IOO.
