recognise Rosemary Rees. New Zealand actress and authoress, who played in Australia during the first Vanburgh and Bates Post seasons. M iss Rees went to America to place a
new novel and while in New York took the chance to “walk on” in j “Sherlock Holmes”: a maid’s part with a few lines announcing the detective.
