NOW BISHOP OF WAIAPU.—The Venerable Archdeacon H. W. Williams has been unanimously elected by the Waiapu Diocese to succeed Bishop Sedgwick, who will retire on December 31. The new Bishop’s father and grandfather both held the same high office.
