BAIL FOR HAIRY REFUSED
VACATION COURT JUDGE’S DECISION STOCK EXCHANGE ACTION Australian and N.Z. Press Association (United Service) Reed. 9.5 a.m. LONDON, Tuesday. Mr. Justice Macnaghten, in the Vacation Court, refused an application for hail for Clarence Hatry, Edmund Daniels, John G. Dixon, and A. E. Tabor. The committee of the Stock Exchange has advised holders of the suspended Hatry securities to ascertain without delay if the holdings are genuine, and to inform the committee. Meanwhile, settlement in these holdings is further postponed beyond October 24.
