Obituary
MR. THOMAS ROBERTSON The death occurred yesterday afternoon of Mr. Thomas Robertson, a. much-respected businessman of Papakura, at the age of 63 years. He carried on business as a land agent in conjunction with Mr. John P. McCall, of Papakura. Mr. Robertson had been in business in Papakura for about four years, being previously in business in Newmarket. He came to New Zealand from South. Africa, originally coming from Scotland at a fairly eariy age. MRS. H. DE J. PATTERSON After an illness of some months, Mrs. H. de J. Patterson died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Eric Richardson, at Ngatapa, Gisborne, recently, at the age of 82. Born in London, Mrs. Patterson spent most of her early life in Adelaide, and Melbourne. She married Mr. Henry Davis, and after his death married Mr. H. de J. Patterson, an architect and electrical engineer in the employ of the South Australian Government. They came to Auckland about 20 years ago, and Mr. Patterson died five years later. For the past two years Mrs. Patterson had lived at diohorne with her daughter.
