BADLEY. —On October 7, at Auckland Hospital, Frederick, dearly loved husband of Mary and the loved father of Fred, and Wilfred Badley and Lillian Smith; aged 58. Hamilton, Walter Armstrong Goodfellow, beloved husband of Alice Hume, late of 'Waihi; aged 58 years. KELLY. —On October 7, 1929, at the Waikato Hospital, Patrick A., beloved husband of Bridget Kelly, of Mercer; aged 70 years. POLTON.-On October 5, at his late residence, Waiotahi Creek, Thames, Alfred James Fretwell, beloved husband ot Eliza Polton; aged 70. PROCTER. —On October 7, 1929, at Hamilton, Alfred James, beloved husband of Hannah Procter; in his 54th year.
