WAIKATO TROTS ACCEPTORS FOR SATURDAY FINE FIELDS ENGAGED Judging by the fields engaged at the Waikato Trotting Club’s spring fixture on Saturday some highclass sport will be witnessed on the up-to-date Claudelands course. This meeting will open the season in right earnest in the Auckland Province, and will be followed at weekly intervals by trotting at Whangarei and Epsom, a factor that will attach even more interest than usual to the Hamilton function. Quality is well represented on Saturday, and keen contests can be confidently looked for, with winners well concealed from view.
