Muir, chairman I of the Gisborne School Committee, inj dicates that the Minister of Education favours the proposal to build technical school buildings in the town. The Minister has informed Mr. W. D. Lysnar, M.P., that he has come to the conclusion that it is advisable to secure a site for a technical school Accordingly, the Minister is making : inquiries for a suitable area of land. It is hoped to acquire about six acres and the Minister will then consider f l,e stion of erecting the necessary buildings.
