JIM GERALD’S REVUE
AT ST. JAMES TOMORROW A revue company which is new to Auckland, but which includes the old favourite, Jim Ge.rald, will appear at the St. James Theatre tomorrow evening. Nicola, the magician, will make his final appearance this evening. Jim. Gerald’s revue is a gifted organisation that has attracted record houses throughout Australia, and an excellent entertainment may be expected. The company will present a singing and dancing revue, a feature of which will be the appearance of a welltrained ballet in novel and spectacular dances. The costumes and the scenery have been designed on a lavish scale. Included in the company are two or three good dancers, and a number of excellent singers. Jim Gerald, as is well known, is a specialist in comedy, and should repeat his great successes here of four years ago. He has- brought with him a number of amusing and original sketches, and Auckland will shortly be revelling in this season of bright revue. The box plans are now open at the theatre.
