BIG EVENTS CLOSE TODAY The programme in connection with the Auckland Racing Club’s summer meeting will require attention from horseowners on or before Friday next, on which day, at 5 p.m., nominations for the following events close with the secretary, Mr. W. S. Spence:—Auckland Cup, Railway Handicap, Summer Cup Handicap, Auckland Racing Club Handicap. Grandstand Handicap, The King’s Plate. Clifford Plate.
