“HEALTH IS WEALTH”
NEW GERMAN PRODUCTION The magnificent exhibits created by the German Hygiene Museum, a body which has spread vital knowledge through Europe, will be on view next month for the first time in England at Westminster. A* feature of the exhibition will be daily demonstrations of the film “Health is Wealth,” which has just been completed under the supervision of the society’s experts. Parts I. and 11. illustrate in varied and striking ways the work which falls upon the public health authorities, and draw the approximate moral in the form of statistics, which emphasise the preventable wastage of life, health, efficiency, happiness and money. Parts 111. and IV. approach the problem from the angle of individual welfare and responsibility, particularly with regard to the inculcation of sound habits of life and diet. Part IV. deals more . particularly with the nature and effect of constipation and its bearing upon the diseases of civilisation.
