THE HOLD UP
RABBIT AND FIVE CARS A tame rabbit caused 300 Hull tram passengers to be late for their Sunday dinner. The rabbit, a grey and white! escaped from the arms of its owner, a 12-year-old schoolboy, in the central thoroughfare of the city, about noon. It ran beneath a tramcar and, despite efforts with walking-sticks, the animal refused for nearly 10 minutes to leave its hiding-place. Meanwhile, five tramcars were lield up.
