JIM GERALD AGAIN

ST. JAMES NEXT TUESDAY Jim Gerald, one of the most versatile comedians in revue in Australia, who will be remembered for his remarkably successful season at the old Opera House, will be returning to Auckland on Tuesday next, and will dispense fun and frolic for all tastes from the St. James Theatre. A variety of novel and attractive numbers will be presented by his bright supporting company. Dancing will be a feature of the new show, and there will also be a number of good singers. Jim Gerald himself is a comedian of high standard, and his fund of humour is inexhaustible. The jazz band which accompanies the show has a repertoire of orchestral selections ranging from classical numbers to jazz. Jim Gerald has not been seen in Auckland for over four years, having been fully engaged throughout Australia. His return should be welcome to lovers of bright revue fare.
