BANKRUPTCY INVESTIGATION
Investigation is to be continued by the acting official assignee, Mr. V. B. Crowhurst, into the conduct of a bakery business in Lillington Road, Remuera, since its private assignment two years ago from th© control ot the baker, William John Logan. This decision was reached by the creditors this morning at their second meeting. A statement of the financial position of the business was submitted to Mr. Crowhurst. The assignee was given power to fix a date for a further meeting-
