JIM GERALD

ST. JAMES NEXT TUESDAY It is not often that a revue company, with the talent of Jim Gerald’s Revue, visits Auckland, and Jim Gerald should repeht next week his wonderful success of four years ago. During the intervening years Jim Gerald has been appearing throughout Australia, and his reputation has steadily increased. Today the fame of Jim Gerald and his merry men and women has spread to all the towns of the Commonwealth. When the company opens at the St. James Theatre next Tuesday, it will present a programme that bubbles with mirth and is crammed full of song and dance. Jim Gerald is a show in himself, his humour keeping audiences in a state of continual laughter. With a talented ballet, several good singers and a bright jazz band, Jim Gerald’s company should prove very popular with Aucklanders. *
