CABLE RESTRICTIONS
Advice has been received from the secretary of the General Post Office, Wellington, that code telegrams for Transjordania and inland offices of Nigeria are not admissable under the new regulations governing the acceptance of cablegrams at two-thirds of the costs of full rate telegrams.
