SATURDAY NIGHTS IN CHRISTCHURCH CITY COUNCIL’S DECISION Press Association CHRISTCHURCH, Today. A condition that in future it will be compulsory for dance halls In the city to close at 11.30 p.m. on Saturdays vas decided upon by the City Council •ast evening. This will be incorporated tn the licences for halls when they come up for renewal. By eight votes to six the City Council decided not to join in the Municipal Association's insurance scheme.
