Gilt Edge ran seven furlongs in the record time of 1.251. Gesto led Magdaff over five furlongs in 1.21. A.R.C. SCRATCHING Roundelay has been withdrawn from the Great Northern Guineas, to be run at the Auckland spring: meeting opening at Elierslie on Saturday next.
