CHILDREN'S ACCIDENTS (1G) £5 will be paid to the parent whose name appears on the registration form in the event of an accident to his or her chftd over the age of six and under the age of 16 years causing broken arm above the wrist or broken leg above the ankle, providing such accident is the direct result of one of the aforementioned and defined accidents and does not occur during employment PROVIDED ALWAYS that the above Undertaking and Agreement is subject to the following special conditions which are the essence of the contract, namely. (!) That no compensation shall be payable for any accident happening while the subscriber is carrying another person or riding upon a luggage or pillioncarrier of a cycle or motor-bicycle. (j) That no compensation shall be passable for any accident sustained while the subscriber is 1n a state of intoxication or resulting from suicide or attempt thereat, an overdose of drugs. Insanity, . war. riot, or civil commotion. (k) That In the event of any dispute between the subscriber and THE SUN, as to whether such disablement render the holder temporarily or totally unable to follow his or her usual vocation, it is agreed that such dispute shall be referred to the decision of a medical referee to be nominated by THE SUN. whose decision shall be binding upon the parties (l) That the subscriber was not a cripple at the date ol registration.
