RIFLE SHOOTING

PAEROA MINIATURE CLUB On Wednesday evening the member# of the Paeroa Defence Miniature Rifle Club met in their weekly shoot in a handicap competition for a trophy donated by the Paeroa Hardware Company. Shooting was again of a high standard, some members maintaining their improved form, while others showed a further improvement. Although another big reduction was made in the handicaps no less than seven members gained the limit and shot off with the handicaps reduced by the usual procedure. Captain H. Slmmonds was in fine form, carrying off the trophy and registering three consecutive possibles off the rifle during the eveningAlead was second. AI.
