GRAVE CHARGE
LABOURER REMANDED ON BAIL Alfred Carter, a labourer, aged 29. was charged at the Police Court this morning with committing a grave act against a boy of 14. He was remanded on the application of Chief-Detective Hammond until Thursday. Air. Singer appeared for accused and said that the chief-detective was agreeable to bail being allowed in one surety of £IOO. Mr. F. K.
