Alarl garget Gleeson, late of “Tipperary,” - Symonds Street, Auckland. 5 The testatrix, who died on Septem- • ber 19, left £SOO to the Alater Aliseri- • cordiae Hospital, Auckland, and £2OO T to the Sisters of the Poor, Shelly Beach Road, Auckland. A sum of £SOO is set aside to be held in trust, the income from which is to be paid in ! perpetuity to the principal of the Marist Brothers order in Auckland for a scholarship at the Sacred Heart i ■ College, to be known as the “Patrick 1 j Gleeson Scholarship.” The Public Trustee is administer- ’ j ing the estate. > I ... . . .....
