LONDON WOOL SALES FAIR GENERAL COMPETITION Australian and 2<T.Z. Press Association Reed. 9.45 a.m. LONDON, Friday. At the wool sales 10,606 bales were offered, of which 6,034 were New Zealand. There wsls a moderate-sized and representative selection of greasy Merinos, and an excellent selection of greasy crossbreds. There was fair general competition, but withdrawals were rather frequent.
