Yesterday a seven-roomed dwelling oh a section 4S feet by ITS feet, fronting on Woodside Hoad, Mount Eden, was offered at auction by T. Mclndoe and Son, and sold after good competition at a satisfactory figure. The purchase price is not disclosed. A two-storeyed concrete building at 327-329 Dominion Road, consisting of two shops, living accommodation and other rooms, was offered at auction today by Messrs. Palethorpe and Parkes. After a spirited sale it changed hands at £6,500. » * * A small bungalow and section in Clayturn Road, Glen Eden, was sold today by Robert C. Carr and Sons for £325. A section of 22 perches at 26 Wellpark Avenue, Grey Lynn,* containing a fourroomed bungalow, was bought in by the mortgagee at an undisclosed price today. W. A. Horne, Limited, were the auctioneers.
