PHOTOGRAPHIC COMPETITION

HOW many of you take cameras on your hiking expeditions, and bring back records of what you have seen? And how many of you look for subjects nearer home? —the baby in his high chair, your dog asleep in the sunshine, the next-door cat begging for a tit-bit of food? Send not more than three prints to Redfeather, with your name, age, and address on the back, before Wednesday, October 9. A stamped addressed envelope should be included if you desire your snaps returned. A prize of seven shillings and sixpence (7s 6d) will be awarded for the best study, and five shillings (ss) for one next in merit. Open to Scouts and Guides and young people of membership age.
