MAN’S FALL FROM SCAFFOLDING' A broken right thigh was suffered by Mr. Robert Elie, a carpenter, of ! Milton Road, Mount Eden, as the i result of a fall from some scaffolding at a new building in course of erection at the corner of Rutland and J Rome Streets yesterday morning, j Mr. Elie, who is employed by the j Fletcher Construction Company, was I removed to the Auckland. Hospital bv ; the St. John Ambulance. His condition is reported to be sat- I isfactory.
