LEADS THE WORLD, SAYS U.S. COMMISSIONER
GOOD BUYER FROM AMERICA (United Service) Heed. 10 a.m. SEATTLE, Thurs. Mr. Julian Foster, the United States Trade Commissioner in New Zealand, told the Pacific Foreign Trade Council that New Zealand had the greatest per capita wealth of any country. New Zealand buys 90 per cent, of its motor-cars from the States, be said, because they are better hilllimbers than the European machines.
