NEGLIGENT DRIVER FINED From Our Own Correspondent HAMILTON, Wednesday. A fine of £2 and costs was Imposed on Bertram Sidney Spencer, an Auckland accountant, in the Hamilton Police Court today for negligent driving on the Hamilton-Ngaruawahia Road. According to the evidence the car skidded in loose metal and collided with a meat van. Considerable damage was done to both vehicles.
