ST. STEPHEN’S CHURCH

SUNDAY SCHOOL ANNIVERSARY The 53rd anniversary of the St. Stephen’s Church Sunday School, Ponsonby Road, was held yesterday when special services took place. There were about 200 children present at the afternoon service, which was addressed by Mr. C. E. Perkins. Special music was given by the young people. The conductor was Mr. Sidney George and the organist Mi. George Gray. The morning service was conducted by the Rev. W. Lawson Marsh, and the evening service by the Rev. Frazer Barton. Collections were made on behalf of the school funds.
