ADDITION TO STAFF (THE SEN'S Parliamentary Reporter) WELLINGTON, Today. An addition to tbe staff of the American Trade Commissioner’s office will be made shortly when Mr. Myron Black, from tbe district office in New York, will arrive in the Dominion. . Mr. Black, who is expected to reach the country early in November, will come from the United States in company with Mr. Julian Foster, American Trade Commissioner, at present on a tour of the States. He will be the third Commissioner appointed by the Bureau of Trade and Commerce within recent years.
