CHAMPIONSHIP RESULTS ANNOUNCED (Australian and N.Z. Press Association) SYDNEY, Friday. Tlie following are results of the New South Wales State boxing championships:— Bantam-weights.—A. Allan (Bst 61b) defeated A. Christie (Bst 41b). Feather-weights.—A. Mitchell (Sst 101 b) defeated F. Hartman (Sst 91b), after an extra round. Eight-weights.—A. C. Dainer (9st 41b) defeated W. Eberhard (9st 71b). Welter-weights.—A. G. Obern (lOst 41b) defeated L. Fogarty (lOst 41b). Middle-weights.—lT. Shepherd (list 41b knocked out W. H. Pugh (list lib) in the third round. Heavy-weights.—F. Packer (12st 111 b) defeated C. E. Piek (14st 81b).
