GREAT LOSS OF SHEEP
COLD KILLS NEWLY SHORN THOUSANDS MORTALITY IN N.S.W. / Reed. 10 a.m. SYDNEY, Today. Tremendous losses among newlyshorn sheep are reported in the Scone district, following torrential rains and cold. Some stations lost 1,000 head. On a conservative estimate, total loss is 30,000 head.
