FARMER DISAPPEARS

MISSING SINCE MONDAY WIFE IN HOSPITAL * From Our Oxen Correspondent HAMILTON, Wednesday. Mystery surrounds the disappearance from his home at Te Kowhai, near Hamilton, of Mr. Kenneth Macdonald, a farmer, aged 55. On Sunday Mrs. Macdonald was admitted to the Waikato Hospital, and on the following morning her husband disappeared and has not been seen or heard of since. Mr. Macdonald, who is a native of Scotland, has been farming on his own account at Te Kowhai for some time. The Hamilton police are investigating.
