Collins and West are now preparing plans for a three-storey building on Featherston Street, Wellington, which will be an additiou to the present Dominion Farmers’ Institute building. The present building is of eight storeys and provision will be made iu the new building for the erection of further storeys if desired. The new block will be a steel-frame structure, whereas the present building is of ferro-concrete. The same architects designed the original building in 1917.
