STEAMER MATANGI SOLD
FOR COOK STRAIT SERVICE Press Association WELLINGTON, Today. The ferry steamer Matangi, which, during the last three months. has been under charter by the Northern Steamship Company to the Anchor -shipping Company, lias been purchased by the latter. It is the intention of the Anchor Company thoroughly to overhaul the Matangi. making considerable alterations to the passenger accommodation, when the vessel will run in the Wellington-Nelson service in conjunction with the Arahura.
