Changing Name of Station Te Kauwhata, near Huntly. wants to 1 change its name. At today's meeting: of the Waikato County Council, the Under-Secretary of Internal Affairs, said representations had ugain been made to alter the name of the station to the original Takauwhata. after a Maori chief, who was buried on the borders of Lake Waikare. The council decided to object to any alteration.
