MR. AND MRS- SNOWDEN AT SANDRINGHAM British Official Wireless RUGBY, Friday. Mr. Philip Snowden and Mrs. Snowden arrived today at Sandringham where they will stay as the guests of King George and Queen Mary until tomorrow. It is stated that the visit of the Chancellor of the Exchequer is informal, and not in his capacity of acting Prime Minister.
