PRESIDENT COSGRAVE AT PUBLIC CEREMONY IN DUBLIN.—The old Genera! Post Office in the Irish capital was destroyed in the 1916 rebellion. A handsome new edifice has been erected in O’Connell Street, Dublin, and here we see President Cosgrave, of the Irish Free State, declaring the building open.
