POTATO MARKET QUIET

POSITION IN CANTERBURY Press Association CHRISTCHURCH, Friday. The potato market has relapsed further since midweek. On Tuesday afternoon September deliveries were quoted at £7 l.>s a ton f.0.b., s.i. This figure gradually eased, and yesterdav there was a fair amount of buying at £7. The Katoa will sail possibly on Tuesday evening, and the Kurow near the end of the week. Oats maintain a fair degree of firmness.
