MANAGER’S FRAUD
DEAL WITH TRAVELLER ADMITTED TO PROBATION Press Association BLENHEIM, 'Wednesday. 11l the Blenheim Magistrate's Court today Frederick Harold Warren was charged that at Waipiata on February 17, 1927, ho received £l2 18s 6d on terms requiring him to account for it to White and Company, and that he fraudulently failed to so account, committing theft. Accused pleaded guilty. It was stated that Warren bought a suit from a traveller and allowed him to take out the price in tyres and petrol. Accused at the time was manager for White and Companv. He also took an old cylinder and sold it. Accused was admitted to probation for two years, and ordered to refund £l2 ISs 6d and to pay costs.
